Drying equipment: Φ 1.8 × 18m rotary dryer (gas hot air stove).
Energy consumption:
Natural gas consumption: 25m ³/ton fertilizer.
Electricity consumption: 18kWh/ton of fertilizer.
Finished product indicators:
Moisture content ≤ 1.5%, particle strength ≥ 25N, particle uniformity (2-4mm) ≥ 90%.
