Carbon black ball press briquette machine is a specialized equipment used to press carbon black powder into spherical or block shapes. It is mainly used to increase the bulk density of carbon black, facilitate transportation and storage, and meet the process requirements of downstream applications such as rubber, plastic, ink and other industries. The following is a detailed introduction about the carbon black ball press machine:

The carbon black pellet press compresses loose carbon black powder into high-density pellets or blocks through mechanical pressure, usually including the following steps:
Feeding: Carbon black powder is evenly fed into the ball press machine through a screw conveyor or vibrating feeder.
Compression molding: Under high pressure (usually tens to hundreds of tons), carbon black is extruded into spherical or pillow like shapes, and a small amount of binder (such as asphalt, starch, or specialized chemical binders) may be added during the process to improve the molding rate.
Demoulding and discharge: The formed charcoal black balls are removed from the mold and cooled or solidified by a conveyor belt.

The final products can be shaped by special mould into different shapes such as egg, pillow, finger, heart, oval, round, sphere, column and square. We can also customize shapes for customers.
