1.Selection of raw materials for producing activated carbon:
Main raw materials:coconut shell, wood sawdust (pine, cedar), fruit shell (apricot kernel, peach kernel, Hazelnut shell)
Selection criteria:high fixed carbon content (coconut shell carbon content>50%), low ash content (<5%);
Stable source of raw materials, nearby procurement to reduce costs;
Meets environmental requirements (no heavy metal pollution).

2. Production process of activated carbon
(1) Carbonization stage:

(3) Exhaust gas treatment
Waste gas treatment: Carbonized exhaust gas is condensed to recover wood vinegar and tar;
Activate the exhaust gas and decompose harmful substances through an incinerator (1000 ℃).
Wastewater treatment: Acid washing wastewater is neutralized and recycled.
Solid waste utilization: Sifted carbon powder is pressed into honeycomb carbon to improve utilization efficiency.

4. Energy saving and environmental protection advantages
Thermal energy cycle: Carbonization exhaust gas combustion for heating, reducing external energy dependence;
The waste heat from the activation furnace is used for drying raw materials (saving 15-20% energy).
Waste gas treatment:
Electrostatic dust removal+alkaline solution spraying (removing H ₂ S, SO ₂, etc.), meeting emission standards;
Zero discharge of wastewater: Acid washing wastewater is neutralized and recycled for reuse.

DCS control system: Real time monitoring of temperature, pressure, and steam flow with an error of less than 1%;
